Design
Wedding design to bring your dream vision to life from the aesthetics through to the entertainment. Includes creation of a bespoke wedding design manual for supplier briefings.
Wedding timeline
Creation of your wedding timeline, working out the perfect running order of your day including the set-up, wedding party and guest timelines and the end of night plan.
Planning managment
Management of your wedding planning timings so everything is sourced, secured, paid for and organised within plenty of time for your wedding day.
Location
Wedding venue research, viewing and contract negotiation plus ongoing communication with the venue to agree preferences and arrangements for the day such as catering, on the day timings, hires, deliveries and supplier requirements, including fulfilling any venue health and safety requirements.
Suppliers
Sourcing, briefing and managing wedding suppliers which includes catering, entertainment, florist, photography, vehicles, hair and makeup, light and sound, cake and any other dressing and prop hires. Finding the right solutions to fit your brief and budget.
Financial
Creation of your wedding budget including all your wedding day elements. Plus on-going management as costs and your guest list are confirmed to ensure your dream wedding is delivered but within your agreed spend limit.
Logistics
Managing all logistics pre, during and post wedding including guest management, table planning, travel, supplier movements and preparing a timeline for the day, deliveries, set-up and set down.

Styling and dressing of the venue including sourcing of all items such as flowers, props, and managing any printed materials such as order of service, guest table names and table plan.
Coordination
Set-up and styling, managing the running of the day and coordination of your wedding party VIPs, guests and suppliers. Preparing for the unexpected and the first point of contact for the venue and all suppliers so you can relax and enjoy your day.

This is the full service package where I will work with you from the very early stages to deliver your dream wedding from setting the date and location through to managing the day.

Partial Wedding Planning
Handover some agreed tasks to lighten the wedding planning load. A bespoke flexible package can be created for you or simply handover some ad hoc tasks to suit your needs.
