Handover your wedding aesthetics and decor to achieve the wedding of your dreams.

What is included in the design and styling wedding package?

• Kick off meeting to discuss your vision, style and ideas and for me to get to know more about your background and story as a couple that you might want to weave into your wedding day

• Mood board creation capturing your colour palette, theme and overall aesthetic that will guide supplier briefings and selection

• Once the mood board is approved and budget agreed, I will start compiling the supplier dream team

• Thorough research into any items to be purchased or hired and proposals prepared for your feedback

• Liaising with your venue to draw up floor plans and agree supplier deliveries / arrivals for set-up and de-rig schedule

• Liaising with caterer to update them on tablescape plans so they’re fully informed

• Management of styling budget and payments with yourselves

• Regular check in meetings to review progress

Styling elements could include the following (depending on your budget and wish list):

Florals:

• Bouquets and personal flowers

• Venue dressing

Tablescaping:

• Flowers

• Linens

• Dining ware and glassware

• Stationery i.e. menus, table names, name place cards

• Any additional props / dressing items such as candles and favours

 Stationery:

• Welcome sign

• Table Plan

• Any other bespoke signage you’d like to have

 Consideration of dressing in other areas in venue:

• Ceremony space dressing and flowers

• Props or furniture hire for creating ‘styled corners’ or adding to areas such as the dance floor

• Lighting hire if required

• Consideration of dressing for areas outside ceremony and dining i.e. bar, dance floor and outdoor areas

What costs are involved in the design and styling service

•  £2,600 for 1 x wedding planner

• On the day wedding planner assistant to be quoted if needed for a more complex wedding or multiple venues

• Does not include clearing décor from venue or travel expenses
