MY WEDDING COORDINATION SERVICE

Let me take care of your wedding day so you can really enjoy every moment. We will meet at your venue to talk through your exciting plans then from one month before your wedding I will get involved to tie up any loose ends, prepare an event manual of all your wedding day details and brief suppliers on the days logistics. I will then coordinate the entire day including styling and set-up, looking after your VIPs, managing the timings of the day, prompting your wedding party to fulfill any roles, oversee all supplier arrivals, and be your venues point of contact throughout the day.

What is included in the wedding coordination package?

• Face to face meeting at your venue

• Two weeks - one month of wedding planning support as needed for the last month running up to your wedding day

• Preparation of your bespoke event manual including every single detail, styling plan and timeline

• Set up and styling of your venue

• Coordination of your wedding day

• First point of contact for your venue and all suppliers

• Based on me attending your wedding for 12 hours 

What costs are involved in the on the day coordination service?

There are three options:

Option 1: One month of wedding support and on the day coordination. Highly recommended for dry hire and marquee weddings. Cost £1,995

Option 2: Three weeks of wedding support and on the day coordination. Cost £1,495

Option 1: Two weeks of wedding support and on the day coordination. Cost £1,195

(plus travel for weddings outside of London and Buckinghamshire)

Optional extras

• Wedding day assistant to be quoted if needed for more complex weddings and multiple venues

• Day before set up

• Clear down at the end of the night or next morning
