What costs are involved in the partial planning service?

The following wedding planning tasks can be booked to get some expert help when you’re feeling a bit stuck or overwhelmed.

Venue sourcing

I will carry out a thorough search into venue options based on your requirements including speaking with venues directly to find out costs and availability. I will then create a detailed venue proposal document including details on the venue and how it would work throughout your wedding day, costs, availability and considerations. This package includes a one hour phone call to brief me on the types of venues you are interested in and agree your budget range.

Wedding day timeline

Creation of your bespoke wedding day timeline, considering all the different day parts and your wedding party and guest logistics. Includes a one hour phone call to run through your wedding day plans that I will then formalise into a detailed wedding day timeline document with recommendations for supplier arrivals and vehicle bookings if needed.

Cost £450

Budget Creation

If you have a budget but have no idea how to break it down across all the different wedding costs then I can help you decide how best to maximise your budget to achieve the wedding day you dream of. Includes a one hour phone call to discuss your wedding plans. This doesn’t include obtaining supplier costs.

Supplier sourcing

Need some recommendations of excellent, tried and tested local wedding suppliers? If you feel like you need some reassurance of who you should book for your day then I can help source your supplier dream team. Includes a one hour phone call to agree what types of suppliers you’d like to book.

Cost is bespoke depending on the number of suppliers and how much research is required.
