AS YOUR EXPERT DESIGNER, STYLIST AND PLANNER, I OFFER THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:

  • Design - Event design to bring your dream vision to life from the aesthetics through to the entertainment. Includes creation of a bespoke wedding design manual for supplier briefings

  • Timings - Management of your wedding planning timings so everything is sourced, secured, paid for and organised within plenty of time for your big day

  • Location - Venue research, viewing and contract negotiation plus ongoing communication with the venue to agree preferences and arrangements for the day such as catering, on the day timings, hires, deliveries and supplier requirements (including fulfilling any venue health and safety requirements)

  • Financial - Budget creation and on-going management to ensure your dream wedding is delivered but within your agreed spend limit

  • Styling - Styling and dressing of the venue including sourcing all items and props and managing any printed materials such as order of service, guest table names and table plan

  • Suppliers - Sourcing, briefing and managing suppliers which includes catering, entertainment, florist, photography, vehicles, hair and makeup, light and sound, cake and any other dressing and prop hires. Finding the right solutions to fit your brief and budget

  • Logistics - Managing all logistics pre, during and post wedding including accommodation, guest management and table planning, travel requirements and preparing a timeline for the day, deliveries, set-up and set down

  • Coordination - Set-up and styling, managing the running of the day and coordination of your wedding party VIPs, guests and suppliers. Preparing for the unexpected and the first point of contact for the venue and all suppliers so you can relax and enjoy your day

ON THE DAY COORDINATION - MOST POPULAR SERVICE

Let me take care of your wedding day so you can really enjoy every moment. We will meet at your venue to talk through all the nitty gritty of your exciting plans then three weeks before your wedding I will get involved to tie up any loose ends, prepare an event manual of all your wedding day details and brief suppliers on the days logistics.

I will then coordinate the entire day including styling and set-up, looking after your VIPs, managing the timings of the day, prompting your wedding party to fulfil any roles, oversee all supplier arrivals, and be your venues point of contact throughout the day.

£1,200

3 weeks of wedding planning support as required plus coordination of your wedding day (additional weeks of planning support can be added for an additional fee)

 
 
 

PARTIAL & AD HOC PLANNING

This service is suitable for couples who would like some flexible support based on their needs. For example you may have a budget and some great ideas but need some expert advice on how to get started, who to contact, a planning timeline and budget breakdown. I can source the suppliers and handover for you to plan your day and re-join your planning the month of the wedding to coordinate the day. Or you simply just need to handover some ad hoc tasks along the way to lighten the planning load.

FULL PLANNING

I will be with you from the early stages of planning to assist with every decision (and dilemma!) right through to your wedding day including the set-up and the clear up afterwards. I will deliver your vision and ensure you enjoy every moment of preparing for your big day. This package includes all the services listed above plus I will be available on email and phone for expert, practical (and emotional) support as and when needed.

10% of total wedding budget. Approx 9-12 months support
