A MODERN AUTUMN WEDDING IN SUFFOLK
Service: Full planning
For this Covid postponed wedding at Hengrave Hall, the design was modern and fun combined with a sophisticated autumnal palette of gold, burgundy and chocolate. For the ceremony a suspended balloon ceiling in gold and silver and a bespoke neon hung above the couple as they said their nuptials. The florals were a stunning mix of quicksand roses, pampas, chocolate cosmos and gold fern. The tablescape was a long runner of bracken and gold fern with the addition of gold leaf covered mini pumpkins and small vases of pampas, quicksand roses and chocolate. The bride wore a bespoke veil from Sash and Veil to compliment her Sassi Holford dress and the groom wore a bespoke burgundy suit. The couple had a civil ceremony in the grand banqueting hall of Hengrave Hall followed by an intimate blessing in the grounds of the private church which was adorned with flickering candles with heartfelt readings from friends. The three tiered gold leaf chocolate orange cake stole the show and was cut before guests were treated to cocktails finished with gold umbrellas to continue with the wedding theme. In the evening guests were surprised by a glitter bar and vintage photobooth to keep the party going all night.
